The architects says Power Long will be a new symbol to the City of Shanghai.It has a relatively low built budget $600 million USD with construction scheduled to start in 2018 and be finished by 2020.The projected is a joint venture with Pat Lin Managing Partner with the Prestige Group of Companies, Singapore.This building is aimed to produce a subtle sense of Chinese beauty and spirituality with the dragon theme.
